FAQ:
Q: What is the minimum advertising period ?
A: 3 months, though to obtain the special quoted (*) rates 6 months minimum
required.
Q: Can I get the rate cheaper for 1 year ?
A: Yes, 10% discount for pre-paid one year
Q: How do we pay ?
A: We accept company checks / cheques , or you can pay by bank transfer
Q: Is VAT included ?
A: Yes, you will receive an official VAT receipt
Q: How long does it take to have our Logo / Link added ?
A: Once payment is made and you have advised us which Photo or Logo you want
used; it is added the same day. We upload fresh data every night.
Your advertisement will be active by the following day.
Q: Can I change our Image or description to reflect our
special promotions/ seasonal changes etc?
A: Yes. We charge just B 250 ( inc VAT ) to make any alteration you wish.
Q: Our Hotel / resort is not in Patong, can we still list ?
A: Sorry but no. In order to provide site visitors with information of value
the website is specific to Patong Beach. However, we will consider a
sub-page on request for other beach areas.
Q: What do we do now ?
A: Just email us with which 'position' you would like ( note the code in
BOLD after each section ) with your website address. How
many months you wish. The URL of your image/logo ( if you do not know this
just advise us which image and we shall do the rest ). If choosing F
or G advise us text you wish displayed.
We shall then upload overnight and advise you it is ready to view plus
confirm the amount payable ( inc VAT ) and how to transfer or send check /
cheque.
Q: We would also like to promote in Thai language, can you
help ?
A: Yes, we are designing a Thai language page now, if you advertise on BOTH
you receive a 50% discount on the 2nd language page.
Q: Do you want a reciprocal link ?
A: Not essential but it helps all of us.
